E-NOSE Project workshop held in Baku

On 3 July 2026, the E-NOSE project held a workshop at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The event brought together representatives from the Institute of Radiation Problems (Azerbaijan), the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad (Serbia), and Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University (Türkiye), reflecting the international collaboration that underpins the project.

The workshop focused on reviewing the project's progress and planning its next stages. Representatives of the participating institutions presented their research activities and recent scientific developments, while providing updates on ongoing work across the different work packages. The programme also included discussions on future priorities and a round-table session aimed at strengthening scientific collaboration and supporting the successful implementation of the project.

Funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe programme through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchanges (MSCA) scheme, E-NOSE is coordinated by the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad (Serbia). The project develops next-generation gas sensing technologies based on advanced nanostructured materials through international research mobility and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Deep Tech Lab / Universidade Lusófona is one of the project partners, contributing its expertise to the collaborative research activities and supporting the development of innovative sensing solutions for environmental and industrial applications.
